German Language Class
German language classes at Lingo are extremely popular. Here are a few reasons why.
Lingo is an official test centre
As an official test centre for MCYS and MFA officers, we take pride in ensuring the quality of our courses and assessments. With this expertise, we can deliver a comprehensive program that enables individuals to master the German language.
Small group classes
We limit group sizes to a maximum of 8 participants to ensure the quality of our German classes. When classes are small enough to facilitate individual student-teacher interaction, a minor miracle occurs: teachers teach, and students learn.
Centralised location
Our German language classes are conducted at United House, which is centrally located and accessible. It is just a 6-minute walk from Dhoby Ghaut or Somerset MRT station.

Five progressive levels
There must be a catch... Nope!
Many programs are predominantly offered in German, which means that non-German nationals need to dedicate significant time and effort to learning the German language.
Those who make this investment often choose to stay in Germany after their studies, securing jobs and contributing to the economy through taxes. Alternatively, they often develop a strong connection with Germany even if they return to their home countries.
This connection allows them to advocate for Germany in future roles, leveraging their education and experiences.
Your German language proficiency need to be at least B2 if not C1

I have been studying German at lingo for 2 years and I really recommend the school for language studies. My teacher is Robert, who is very patient, funny and accommodating. He always shares with the students about culture, history and his own experiences, which make the learning so much more fun. The location is also very convenient, next to Bugis MRT, easy for me to go to class after work. And the management office is as well very accommodating and flexible, especially with the class schedule.

I am learning German Language in Lingo School. Robert and Marco are awesome teachers as they never failed to keep the class engaged. They are also very dedicated teachers who ensure that all our doubts are answered even if it means that it is eating into their private time. School staff are generally very friendly and responsive. I have once faced an issue with the class schedules, the principal of the school personally called me to explain the situation, patiently listened to our feedback and took the necessary action to make sure our learning with the school was smooth and enjoyable!

This is my third enrollment with Lingo. Been studying German here since beginning of the year with my friends. School’s location is superb within walking distance from both Bugis and Esplanade MRT station. You have abundance of food choice just downstairs. Both Marco and Robert are awesome teachers. They are friendly, fun and patient. Class size is just nice and I always enjoy the weekly class with my classmates. The staff at the school are very friendly too. Highly recommended! Come and join. Viel Spaß!
